​One of the things that I love most about being a Marriage and Family Therapist is being able to help people make the changes they want to have in their lives. It is a special thing to get to help other people in a real way, in a way that can empower a person, couple, or family to live their best lives, whatever that means to them (healing pain, gaining hope, or realizing goals), with compassion and understanding, and without judgment.
